For Breakfast you might try The Williams House “Bacon Potato Strata” which is served with ”Pineapple Breakfast Dessert” topped with ice cream. Or there’s the Three Cheese Spinach and Egg Casserole, a favorite at the Hoyt House. In addition, there are recipes for side dishes like Apple Maple Sausages, Cheese Grits and Hobo Potatoes. Or enjoy such fruit concoctions as The Addison’s Cream-Filled Strawberries, Cinnamon Baked Grapefruit or Pears Extraordinaire. For the breakfast “sweet tooth” there are recipes for pancakes and french toast including Fairbanks House “Pumpkin Pancakes” and others like Orange French Toast or Cranberry Stuffed French Toast to name a few.
